BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Vincenti is Dietitian with a degree in Human Nutrition Sciences who also does reserch as a doctoral student at the University of Pavia. She also teaches at various Masters and specialization courses. Her main field is diets and nutrition in the different phases of life: from growth to old age, from pregnancy and breastfeeding, to weaning, also in correlation with physiological conditions and existing pathologies.
