BIOGRAPHY

Doctor Sanfilippo graduated in General Medicine from the University of Palermo and specialised in General surgery with honors. He then developped an interest in bariatric surgery, abdominal surgery and laparoscopic surgery and published articles regarding these topics. He is associated with the International Federation of Obesity Surgery since 2016 and he now works predominantly as a bariatric surgeon and has done over 3.000 surgical interventions.
